Ordering
- Use the following electrode specification code:
material / shank_diameter / overall_probe_length / tip_length /

- Choose your
electrode parameters from Electrode
specification and Electrode
construction shown on Products tab.
- Example code for most commonly ordered
electrode for single unit recordings is:
tungsten / 125 / 76 / 12.5 / unplated* / pin 220-P02 / dura
removed
*currently
only unplated electrodes are available
2. We
will send
a Quotation for your acceptance.
3. Please confirm the
order by resending
the same Quotation to orders@microelectrodes.net.
4. We
will inform you when
the order is
shipped out and the invoice will be sent to your email address.

Please reference your
Quotation number
in any further correspondence.
- Electrodes are packed and sold in boxes
of 10.

Minimum order is one
box.
- We can
prepare a selection of
different electrode tip lengths in your first box at no extra cost
- The
registered postage is paid by the
buyer.
- All
import charges or any
other custom fees are covered by the buyer.
Payment
- We
accept bank
transfers and bank cheques.
- First
time customers are asked for 50% prepayment of the total order amount.
- Once the order has
been
shipped the customer must balance the remaining part of the quote
within 2 weeks of the date of
Invoice.
- Returning
customers are
asked to make payment within 2 weeks of the
date of the
Invoice.
Lead time
- We try to realise
each order
as soon as possible. However, we reserve maximum delivery lead time of
4
weeks.
Terms and
conditions
- If you have
received a faulty product, please return
unused and we will
replace it with
identical new products following our inspection.
- The electrodes
are not designed to be used
for experiments on humans.
